We are a unique women's networking group, originally meeting in person in the Shelton, CT area. Since COVID, we have gone completely virtual and have members and attendees from all over the country.  We meet on a monthly basis through Zoom.  Our meeting format includes introductions, wins for the month (checking in about our goals), and some sort of education and/or discussion segment. Our speakers are group members who will share information on a topic for about 20 minutes.  We then move on to a group discussion topic - this is where our group is very unique because the discussion time allows members to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences and it is through these discussions that our members authentically get to know each other.  If we have time, or for an alternative agenda, we do a short Mastermind session for anyone who has an issue they would like help with.  We end the meeting with a Gratitude Share.
